Vanilla Ice

American rapper and TV host Vanilla Ice (né Robert Matthew Van Winkle) was born on Oct. 31, 1967. He rose to fame after the release of his 1990 album To the Extreme, featuring the hits "Ice Ice Baby" and "Play That Funky Music."

He later transitioned to acting and reality TV, starring on Magnolia Network's The Vanilla Ice Project about his construction career. Vanilla Ice also got into the spirit of his holiday birthday when he appeared in the 2000 horror comedy Da Hip Hop Witch alongside other rappers like Eminem and Ja Rule.

Willow Smith

Willow Smith — daughter of actors Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith — was born on Oct. 31, 2000. The singer, actress and Red Table Talk co-host made her acting debut in 2007's I Am Legend, starring in the post-apocalyptic thriller alongside her father. Willow also tapped into the spookiness of Halloween in the self-directed music video for her 2022 single "Purge."

Actor Dermot Mulroney was born on Oct. 31, 1963. Though he's best known for his roles in romantic films — including How to Make an American Quilt (1995), My Best Friend's Wedding (1997), The Wedding Date (2004) and The Family Stone (2005) — he's starred in horror films such as Insidious: Chapter 3 (2015), Umma (2022), The Inhabitant (2022), Scream VI (2023) and You're Killing Me (2023).

Mulroney also appeared on the creepy anthology series Into the Dark, American Horror Story and The Purge.

Comedian Rob Schneider was born on Oct. 31, 1963. Schneider got his big break on NBC's Saturday Night Live, starting as a writer in 1988 before becoming a cast member in 1990.

Since leaving SNL in 1994, he has appeared in several comedy films, including the Adam Sandler-led 2020 comedy Hubie Halloween. Schneider also made a memorable exit during the 2021 Halloween episode of The Masked Singer when he revealed himself as the Hamster.
