HOLLY Willoughby shocked This Morning viewers and her co-host Phillip Schofield as she made a cheeky confession about nipple tassels.

The 40-year-old presenter admitted she knows exactly how to make the saucy items spin – and revealed her special technique.

The presenters were chatting about nipple tassels after Vanessa Feltz revealed her dad was the first person to bring the sexy covers to the UK.

Vanessa said the trick with nipple tassels is to get them spinning in different directions.

Holly quickly interjected showing exactly how to move your feet to get them spinning – leaving Phillip and Vanessa gobsmacked.

She said: “You have to move your feet up and down.”

When Phillip questioned how she knew that she started giggling and said: “A friend once told me!”

Those watching at home rushed to comment on the moment, with one person writing: “Apparently Holly Willoughby is a dab hand with the old nipple tassels, imagine that.”

A second added: “Anyone else start listening when Holly was talking about that?”

Phillip continued poking fun at Holly’s skills throughout the show and even pretended to spin his own tassels during a game of Spin To Win.

Holly – who is married to Dan Baldwin – recently opened up about learning to appreciate her body as she gets older.

Speaking on her pal Fearne Cotton's podcast Happy Place, she said: "I've done this [self-criticism], a lot of this, and particularly as you’re getting older when you hit your 40s, things change quite rapidly actually.

"We are heading towards that kind of menopausal time, skin is changing, hair is changing, body's changing - even having had a baby the shape of your body completely changes.

"I think that it's really important in those moment rather than look down and go, 'Oh my god, look at everything changing, I’m getting old, I’m getting more wrinkled. Oh my God, my t*ts are around my knees.'

"Instead of looking down, you’ve sort of got to look up with it and go, 'God, my body was able to carry a baby and my boobs breastfed three children and they were fine'.

"...You got to go, 'Yes my face is starting to sag and my eyes are blood shot and the rest of it', but 'I’m healthy and I’m ok and getting older is a privilege because not everyone else gets to be here'."
