MANCHESTER CITY have taken inspiration from their title winning kit 50 years ago in their new design.
Pep Guardiola's side unveiled their new home jersey ahead of the 2017-18 Premier League and Champions League campaigns.
But it won't come cheap with fans expected to fork out £90 to purchase the authentic jersey.
City have also released a cheaper £60 shirt which doesn't include the same high tech technology used for the professional kit.
Manufactured by Nike, the sporting giant paid tribute to the 50th anniversary of City's title winning season in the 1967-68 season with a modern twist.
The new kit features a round neck with a white trim, white shorts and maroon-banded socks.
Nike claim the modern technology will fit better thanks to "a subtle geometric pattern" and the socks have been made with 'Nike Grip', "for the ultimate foot-to-boot connection."
Speaking at the kit launch, Leroy Sane said: "I've loved my first season with City.
"We work hard to play fast, exciting and attacking football and we're looking forward to creating winning moments for our fans."
Manchester City's women side will debut the new kit against Sunderland on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, City are expected to announce the signing of Benfica's Ederson this week in what will be a world record fee for a goalkeeper.
