After she got remarried, to electrical engineer Jay Tucker last May, Niecy Nash, 42, made another vow: to overhaul her eating.
"I didn't start out about weight loss. I was very tired and my energy was low," she tells Us Weekly. "This is my second go-around in love, so I want to make sure I'll be around to enjoy it."
Nash turned to nutritionist Stacy Gibson's five-day juicing program (find her on Twitter here) — consisting of three 16-ounce veggie and fruit juices, about 300 calories each, plus meals of mostly fish and vegetables — every other week.
